Divinia Chetty is awful
Despite numerous e-mails and telephone calls, we are yet to receive settlement from Divinia Chetty of Santam Legal Department. She doesn't take calls, return left messages or attend/reply e-mails. She makes claiming against Santam unpleasant, claims dates back to May 2024 and she hasn't sent us a single communication

Another matter we sent approach on the 02 October 2024, to date Dane Doubell of Santam Cape Town is yet to communicate, give update or finalize. It is becoming a pattern that we send countless e-mails (escalate and follow ups) she doesn't return calls or reply e-mails. How are we to communicate if none of the 2 business tools are not utilized?
Another matter we sent approach on the 02 October 2024, to date Dane Doubell of Santam Cape Town is yet to communicate, give update or finalize. It is becoming a pattern that we send countless e-mails (escalate and follow ups) she doesn't return calls or reply e-mails. How are we to communicate if none of the 2 business tools are not utilized?
