Dissatisfied Santam customer

The most disappointing service received from Santam. I have been a Santam customer for the past 20 years, had an accident last week Wednesday my car was towed away and to date my car is still not with the panelbeater’s that was appointed. After numerous calls that was never returned and promises on a daily basis I am so angry and annoyed that as a loyal long standing customer I get this kind of service or should I say no service from Santam. I guess it’s time to move away from them.
