Dissatisfied

Wow what a morning.....I woke up to see that my daughter has switched on our vehicle headlights and forgot to switch it off, left our vehicle battery drained luckily(I thought) it is still early 05:43 to call the SOS line and Hopefully my family will be out of the house in less than 30 mins bear in Mind I live in Mitchell's Plain and my children attend Bergvliet, I speak to a lady by the name of Princess whom assist( I believe) to the best of her ability however the person whom is dispatched does not answer his Phone 15+ mins later I receive an SMS a different person is coming I call the person whom had not made contact for atleast 20 mins now who tells me that I'm in a totally different province eventually I call back and a "Lemar" answers the phone I tell him what's happening and he drops the call three call backs dead line mute , no one there I eventually receive another message from Santam advising that someone else will assist but he can only reach me within 35-40 mins......Santam there has to be a simpler way of getting these issue resolved I have dealt with you guys previously and it was a dream but today of all days my family had to leave the house at 06:45 which is super late compared to our 06:15 commute....Please deal with this....really disappointed
