Dissatisfaction with Santam

Santam had rep**** that they would contact me urgently. This has not materialised. Can a client know what date a cliam will be finalized? It is now 59 days since I logged my cliam A Mr Kobus Becker promised me my cliam will be finalized by 09 April 2021. It is now 13 April

I left numerous messages for a Drewy Arden (manager) to call me without any joy.

Are the managers allowed to call their clients? If so please call me. I am always told the managers are in a meeting

Very disappointed once again with Santam's total lack of communication skills
