Dissappointment towards Santam

I am very disappointed with Santam, we had a vehicle insured with Santam which was in an accident in 2019, written off by Santam and they did not remove the premie from their system so they took money from 2019 until last month by debit order from out cheque account and said it is our mistake! And the excess payment is much to high, I claimed for a microwave oven and they send a kwote to me for one that is smaller than what I had, at the end I have only R100 to by myself a new one, which is impossible!
