Dispicable and full of excuses
ALWAYS a challenge to reach your "dedicated broker" and then EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY! EVEN when it does fall within the policy. RUN THE OTHER WAY even if it were offered to you for free because you never get anything anyway, even when it is within the policy! NOT WORTH 10 CENTS!
