Dismay about Santam failing to adjust client's risk profile after successful recovery.

I am currently being insured by Santam Policy Number ***. On 21-Dec-2021 I was involved in a car accident with my neighbour. Santam Claim Number *** refers. A successful recovery against the third party's insurance was done by Santam. Santam, however, is unable to adjust my risk profile as my claim ratio is still indicated as 238.78%. This resulted in an exorbitant premium charged when I insured a new vehicle on 28-Jul-2023. Makes me think how many other consumers are being treated the same way.
