Dishonest Service

<p>Santam makes empty promises and fails to pay out claims owed!</p> <p>Santam was supposed to cover my claim 100%. After receiving confirmation that they will pay in full, I had to settle outstanding balances with a third party. To make a long story (since Oct’16) short, they did not pay in full and it doesn’t seem like they will. I have concluded that Santam makes empty promises and that the staff is either *********** or dishonest.</p> <p>After numerous emails and phone calls, promise after promise and being redirected to different parties, I have still not been paid out! Santam refuses to respond.</p>
