Dishonest premium review

I am very disappointed with Santam( they **** to me) I contacted them to cancel my cover , but I stayed because a consultant reduced my premium and said she app**** discount to my policy but that was a lie. While checking my updated insurance schedule I realised that 1. she Increased my Excess 2. She reduced the insured Value of the vehicle ,I’m very disappointed.
