Dishonest insurance company

On the 6th of November 2019 my car a Fiat Uno Fire which I used for my business was involved in an accident with a truck from Millennium Roofing. After all investigations and deliberance it was found that the truck was at fault. I held the company liable and they were supposed to pay for the damages. As I was not insured I was referred to their insurance Santam to claim as 3rd party claim. They had sent me all the info to send them and I did. Eventually they paid out but they never paid the money which my car was worth and never covered my loss of income after I had engaged them with all correspondences and proof of documentation they required. I'm still on process to claim more from the company as it was unfair from my side as I was inconvenienced and I lost so much money due to the accident. This big companies and insurance companies are conniving and scrupulous therefore people should be aware when involved in claims.
