I must say, SANTAM never stickes to their promises, Friday we called in to ask for a refund as they've been deducting from my late grandma's account after sending proof that she's passed on and we asked for the policy to be canceled. That was never done and mind you this was in 2018, the whole of 2019, 2020 and 2021 they've been deducting, we asked for a refund since 2021 and we've been sent from pillar to post, on Friday when we called they advised that we'll get beedback within 24 business hours, to date there's been no communication or whatsoever. You guys must be ashamed of yourself, deducting from a deceased account, the nerve that you've got
