Dishonest

I don’t know much about this insurance company Santam and my little experience with their senior sales advisor Peter Makane began with an advert that kept popping up on my Takealot app about giving away a R500 voucher to spend on the shopping platform if they could not give a lower insurance car quote that my current insurer, after sending them my insurance schedule and them failing to give a better quote their sales advisor confirmed on email that I would receive the voucher in five working days, I followed up and the response was something else that didn’t make sense to me,I also tried sending emails to Peter Makapane and my emails ended up not going through, so from this experience they are not an insurer I could trust in a case of a claim if they failed to do what they said they would do on a public platform,
