Disgusting workmanship

I am claiming my vehicle excess back from samtam insurence it has been four months Now they arw stalling to settle my claim against there client its disgisting i had to take out three loans to pay for my vehicles damages of R11500 in excess everyone eals that had claimed for there damages were seen to why do i have to sit knee deep in debt because santum staff are to lazy to get to work sies its pathetic work ethic they send emails to me instead of reading my insurences emails properly to see that they are not to contact me but no they dont follow instuctions i want my claim setteled ASAP i refuse to wait anylonger because your client doesnt know how to drive in traffic and causes a five car pile up and now you still want to stall my claim settlement..... GET IT DONE
