Disgusting service from Santam

Very disappointing service from Santam. I am a client for more than ten years and now I am trying to claim for damaged rims and tyres and I am sent from pillar to post. I sent pictures of the damage and they accepted them but now they say I must bring original damaged rims after more than a week to their chosen service provider who does not even deal with tyres and rims. I sent them as per their request pictures of damage and quotation from a tyre specialising service provider and now they want me to take the car to a panel beater though it does not have any problems needing that. Their complaints section does not even acknowledge receipt of complaint and never come back to you. I am seriously disgusted with Santam, no customer focus at all, you have to take their word or nothing. Landu
