Leave your insurance needs to a company that ACTUALLY knows how to tend to your needs. Paying monthly premiums for trash customer service and a wait time of half an hour to speak to ANYONE is annoying especially after that long wait you finally get answered by a rude unhappy staff member which just makes the entire experience unpleasant and truly horrifying. Than you should worry because paying thousands of Rands on a monthly basis just for that? Disgusting. BEWARE of blindly going to a company for something as important as insurance because you will just be caught with your pants down when you truly need a trusted insurance partner because one thing I can guarantee you of is that SANTAM IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PARTNER YOU NEED in this economic climate.
