Disgusting service
Almost 2 months to pay out an claim. They are willing to take the risk and your premium but fails to do payouts.

30 Jan 2023, 10:27Santam are pathetic. Our claim is rejected, because they appoint assessors without the necasary qualifications. Rather stay away from them, it is just a headache. I pay 24k per month for insurance with them, but they reject claims on someone opinion with no machinical engineering qualifications.
