Disgusting Santam

I have had a third party claim with Santam since 31/01/2023. Yes the date is correct. It has been an absolute nightmare to get this claim paid out. The offending driver has been ever so sympathetic but his hands are tied by the pathetic service given to me by Santam. It has now been 8 days and 9 months and this matter has not been concluded. Eventually after a great deal of turmoil, a release of funds was signed on the 14/07/23 with the promise of conclusion in 5-10 working days. It has obviously been much longer. Further, the legal officer, Fiona Hughes, just laughs off my constant enquiries stating "I'm not their only client". This is disgusting behaviour and absolute putrid service from such a so called reputable company. I would discourage anyone from dealing with such offensive people leaving me to drive a smashed car for the better part of a year.
