Disgusting Customer Service, go back on their word

Pity there is not a zero rating because that is what SANTAM deserves. They are just greedy and do not want to keep their loyal customers. I have been a loyal client of Santam for 5 years and have all my short term insurance with them (bike, motor vehicle and house contents). I have had NO CLAIMS, only 1 windscreen claim. I purchased a new vehicle and got a quote from another insurer. My broker said that SANTAM would match the premium. Now today, when I am going to take delivery of my new vehicle, my broker phones me and says that SANTAM won't match the claim anymore and its going to cost me R220 more!!!!!! Sies on you SANTAM, disgusting customer service. You went back on your word!! So sly. You don't give a damn, you are just greedy. Going to cancel all my insurance with you and tell everyone about your non existant customer service.
