Disgusting and time wasting service

A company full of lies and *********** employees. They advised that if they cannot bit ur offer they will give R500 voucher from take a lot. I wasted my time with the quote for an hour and half the guy that called me said he will come back to me as he is going to negotiate the price. they did see they cannot bit my current insurance, so he didn’t even bother calling again. it’s been 2 weeks now still he is not calling me. I believe all calls are recorded so you will know me and listen to the recording. But imagine u not trustworthy now, what about if I am insured with you guys yoo. Poor service I can say as this other lady called again and advise they busy processing my voucher and she promise she will call me but still nothing.
