Disgusted with Santam
On 28 Dec. 2024 I had attempted break in at home...I am 63 years old live alone in complex. I installed Trellidor exclusive mesh security door. ******* damaged the door and mechanism but could not enter. Santam refused to pay out as they say its part of the building!! Utter trash!!! I have been a client for over 30 years and disgusted with Santam ...the claim would have been far greater if the ******* entered and stole everything!!
