<p>I took out travel insurance with TIC which is a division of Santam, a claim was registered more than 3 weeks ago an has still not been finalised, I have been given excuse after excuse. DISGUSTED, NEVER TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THEM, AIG IS FAR BETTER. THE WORSE TRAVEL INSURANCE EVER. Definately speaking about this on all social media</p>
