The worst insurance ever i regret myself for joining this insurance I had a bad experience i would never recommend it to anyone else I claimed in 2019 the claim was approve but the repairs were not completely done which i informed santam about no one cared,and i have been going back to the company who claimed to fix my car well it was more damaged. A year later the car broke engine issues,santam forced me to open another claim which they are refusing to pay the claim giving the reasons which i dont understand,mind you this car is still new and still paying for it . I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW

This insurance is good until you submit a claim and they will go around making all these excuses not to even pay for the tow of your car
They are the biggest **** ever , management full of cruks and *******
