Disgruntles third party

I was recently involved in a car accident with Mr M who is currently insured with Santam, Mr M banged into me from behind in stationary traffic, an accident report had been laid and a claim sent through to Santam by him . This accident happened on the 7th of April 2016 and a day or so later the claimed was opened by Mr S. upon call. I was initially advised an assessor would come out to view damages on my vehicle and that Santam will be paying for repairs, to date an assessor has not come out as yet and it’s been almost a month now. All that has happened in this time is that I have been given the run about and everyone I speak too refers me to someone else. 1 On the day of the accienet I spoke to a consultant called Mphella . 2. I then with a broker called Lelanie ( who after speaking to my insurance seemed to be misguiding me 3. Then Yajna , who refered me to the legal rep that is working on my case , who is ****e Morris . Please note that the number provided was incorrect I think spoke to Kgomotso who couldn’t give me any details but refered me to a Diagasen Moodley This was another gentleman that I couldn’t get a hold of and when I eventually did. He advises that he can’t help me but provided me for the correct number for Phule. All calls from Monday to Phule have been unsuccessful as he is never available. Numberous messages have been left and still this afternoon no call back received. Is this really how a third party gets treated by your company? Is it really my job to run around when your client has inconvenienced me? I would like a response from Santam in regards to when will my vehicle be assessed and repaired.
