Disgraceful santam

Beware...please be careful when choosing an insurer. Speaking from experience santam has truly been the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. Behind there big adverti*****ts is a company that genuinely treats you just like another transaction. From failed callbacks, empty promises, to concluding deals without any of you input. This is after following all the request of which there were many to submit the data they required. Very poor service, cannot be bothered about how you feel and will choose the cheapest possible option available. Imagine being involved in a car accident due to no fault of your own and having an amount forced on you. Keeping in mind this is a pensioner they took the cheapest option with. In a total of 9 months not one courtesy phone call if you don't contact them they won't bother calling you. In the peak of winter this organization could not bother with repairing the vehicle of a pensioner regardless of safety concerns and the story goes on...as a hard working south African I ask you to choose wisely. Please share with as many people as possible these big organizations get away with anything with normal citizens due to it not being shared and taken seriously.
