Disappointing Claims Process and Poor Service

My experience with this insurance provider has been frustrating. When it comes to processing claims, the wait time is unreasonably long. The agents handling the claims seem uncommitted and provide poor service, showing a lack of urgency or concern for the customer. I expected better support during a stressful time but was left disappointed.
