Disappointing claim management (Since 10 October 2019)

Claim Id : *** Why do I even bother sending documents to "***" if I never get any response? Why do I even deal with an agent since 10 Oct 2019 if I never receive any updates.

Santam was always quick when dealing with my claims and now I dont know what is happening. It is very sad for a loyal customer for more that 12 years!
