DISAPPOINTED WITH SANTAM
I am so disappointed with Santam. I called in to get my insurance contribution reviewed and after 5 minutes on the line being transferred, and being verified repeatedly(can be confirmed with recording), the call got cut. I waited and no they didn't call back despite taking down my number in case we got cut off. My premium has increased from R1,762.76 to RR2,026.08 (14%).
