Disappointed in Santam
Very disappointed in Santam , after being with the company for many years and when I claim the claim process does not go anywhere , from one person to the other even the assessor keeps postponing our meeting and I am paying every month for a service that I am not getting now . How can you pay and struggle to claim yet the company promised to always do good by you .

We have been in discussion with the claims department regarding your claim.
We were advised that the assessor had made an appointment with you afterhours today, 15/06 at 5pm but you have cancelled the appointment due to the fact that you have been in contact with someone who was tested positive for Covid, thus the 14 day protocol need to be adhered too.
An email to you sent by the assessing company confirm they will be in contact within 2 weeks' time to reschedule an appointment.
Once this period has passed the claims process can proceed.
