Disappointed in household insurance quote

I am a little disappointed in Samtam's household insurance. I'm happy with my car insurance, etc but recently I contacted them for a quote on household goods. This is my first time insuring my household content. They ask all these questions (What material is the building/roof made of, Do you have burglar bars). So based on these questions I failed the minimum security rating and they only quoted me for fire damage. Santam should really make an effort to find out more about the apartment block. Never mind the fact that my apartment building is one of the most secure blocks, security cameras, two security guards, biometric access. I don't need an alarm or electric fencing or burglar bars. Even though 'm sure that there won't be theft, etc I really don't want to be insured for fire damage only. Santam should maybe review their questions or make an effort to visit the area.
