Disappointed

I have not been long with Santam and my experience with them was terrible. You can't contact them only throw your consultant. I had to wait more then a month to find out that I don't qualify for holiday relief. I still played my debit order but I cancelled the policy and went to another , cheaper company that I can phone anytime.
