Disappointed by the turn around of Santam
Hi Team i logged my phone ****** on Sunday .i Have called numerous time and was told my claim is being processed . Up til today i have received no phone call . a guy my the name of Jermain Phillips sent me an email and after responding 3 times to him i have no reply. i have messages for him to call me and no calls. can someone please advise me what is happening . i dont like the service received so far from Santam . please can someone respond to me asap
