Disappointed by Santam and PNP

I was injured at PNP and I fructured my ankle as a result I'm a triple for life now because the doctor inserted an object and ***** it on my bone to support me and its still on my leg it can't be removed.I was hospitalized at a certain private Hospital. PNP management never came to see me or check up on me whilst I was in and even out of hospital. They called 3times asking for my details nothing else. The cost for the hospital was 114000.00 and I'm still paying that money even now.

I wrote to hellow Peter about this matter luckily the heard office of PNP called and said I must send them Medical bills, X-ray and the Compensation that I want so that they can submit it to their insurance which is Santam.

Santam declined the claim by saying the PNP staff didn't contribute to my SLIPPERY, IM the cause because of the way I walked so I'm liable of anything that happened to me. I slept on their wet floor whilst I was walking slowly trying to wait for my sister who was paying at the tills then I got fructured. I didn't work for 2months I'm still feeling pain even now, I can't walk or drive for a long distance. I'm disapointed by Santam and PNP the way they haddled my matter saying Im the cause of my fracture. I thought may they can pay the Medical bills atleast. Can anyone help
