disappointed and frustated

i put a claimed for my car to be repaired around a may as it was scratched by pole by mistake.They told me to take the car to another panel beater in lichtenburg for the quotation .I did the quotation and waited for the answer,when I called they told me there is a problem with the debit order i must wait till it got sorted. Month end of june I notified my broker that the car will be moving from lichtenburg to rustenburg as my wife will be working there .I was told to wait till the 10th of july ,they told me to take the car to pronto (Rustenburg) for another quotation.I did that and sent the new quotation .I received the call from santam that I must take the car to PJ in lichtenburg to be repaired ,I explained to that guy that the car is in Rustenburg.He told me that he has one quotation and he is going to the one in lichtenburg.I called the broker She told me did send the new quotation to santam . Now Im told that If I take to pronto they are only paying they are only paying 3500 and pronto requires 32 744.00. The only amount I'm suppose to pay is R4000 which I don't have so where am I going to get 25244.00 .Suppose I take the car to lichtenburg will you pay for petrol and accommodation .Please meet me halfway with the quotation of pronto
