Disappointed

I've been with Santam for years and have been an advocate for their excellent service but I have been shocked at the level of poor service this time around. Impossible to get ahold of people, finger pointing when asking for feedback, only movement in claim when one micromanages the people involved in a claim.

Seriously disappointed as I referred so many people to part of what was once a great company.
