To whom it may concern, I had the privileged of speaking with Dineo Pitso @ the Santam call centre regarding the addition of a vehicle to an active policy - as reference to the call Santam Policy*** (if I may suggest to use this call as an example of how to interact with either clients and/or brokers alike.
