Difficulties with Santam insurance

I took a Santam car insurance last year September, that same month the insurance was canceled. On ITC however Santam still appears to date. I called Santam so many times to try and resolve the issue. Experian said I need to ask someone at Santam who is authorized to remove me on ITC and that is just not working out. I am never taking Santam insurance ever again.
