Die Ben Cilliers Familie Trust Third Party Claim

We have submitted a third party claim the 18th of October to our broker GWK Douglas, Santam up to date have not yet give us feedback why they are not paying. We have paid the account of the third party claim to the person we have bumped into and send it to Santam that we have paid the account for the accident. Nothing from them. GWK Brokers just keep on mailing they are waiting for SANTAM.
