Diabolical experience

I spoke to someone today and they said Santam will honor the premium and the excess that was discussed at point of sale. I was told that my excess will be R3000 and my premium about R1470. When I went through the documents I had voluntary excess of R1500 and compulsory excess of R4500. That's diabolical and that's a deal breaker for me.

I'm glad the excess and premium has been honored however I want the policy to be cancelled. They were not honest at the beginning of our relationship/ deal. Debit order shall be reversed.

Kindly cancel my cover with immediate effect.
