Device claim declined

I have submitted claim for a lost laptop with Mnt Insurance which is administered by Admyntec Services Pty Ltd, underwritten by Santam Insurance. The claims process took long with poor communication and lot of back and forth by the insurer which lasted about 3 weeks and later resulting to them declining my claim. They stated that the negligence was on my side without taking full consideration of what had transpired on the day my laptop was ******. I received a call from Nondumiso on the 31/12/2025 after I had asked for my claim to be reviewed and later got 3 messages confirming that my policy had been canceled without my knowledge. I have been a loyal customer paying my installments on time for the past 3 yrs but the response I have received from Santam Insurance has really been disappointing.
