Deliver what you promise Santam!

Santam is quick to take my R2000 every month but their end of the transaction is disorganised, poor, non caring, and unprofessional. My wooden floor has been water damaged which is not a difficult job to replace. Their service provider of flooring is useless and *****. Couldn't get the job done due to their lack of tools, so they left, job not started! Have heard nothing back from Santam!! Nothing has been done! Catch a wake up Santam!! Where are your managers?? Supervisors?? Follow up??
