Delayed Insurance Payout

<p>On the 9th of November my car wa written off due to the floods that hit Ekurhuleni, Santam settled my debt with Wesbank.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is a portion of the money which was due to me but Santam is giving me the run around to pay out this portion.</p> <p> </p> <p>An amount of R46916.10 is due to me, Santam said they are waiting for the original car documents from the Bank and only then can they pay out this amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>They received the car documents on the 19th of December but still my pay out is not forth coming.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist as I need the money for the deposit on my new car.</p>
