Delay in submitting new policy
<p>Amended my policy at Santam/Sanlam. Consultant indicated that new policy documents will be e- mailed within 15 minutes. Still waiting since 3 May 2017.</p>

We have just checked and notice that your policy was amended on 03 May 2017 but that the policy schedule was posted to your postal address being PO Box 1730, Kroonstad, 9500.
