Deducting wrong premiums

Terrible experience with the accounts department and very little assistance and clarity on the issue. Santam has been trying to deduct R27k+ from my account for 4 months even though my premium is only R1200pm. I was sent 2 apology letters but the problem still persist. After 4 months of fighting to get this resolved I unfortunately must cancel as no-one is able to assist. I do not want to be part of a business that can not get such a simple issue resolved.
