Deducting Premium after policy cancellation
The premium for March was deducted even though Santam confirmed my policy is cancelled effective 1 March. I have taken this matter up with Santam and they aren't really keen on solving the issue. If this matter isn't resolved shortly I will reverse the payment myself.

We can understand that you are not happy that another premium was deducted from your account. The reason for this might be that the cancellation request was only received after the debit order cut off for the month which will result in the premium being deducted.
We will however investigate and provide you with feedback once received.
