Declined Claim

My Claim got declined By Santam, my phone got ****** I reported. Their response was uncomfortable and disappointing. Im without a phone for close to a Month now thanks to Santam. I've emailed and calling Santam complaints with no response. I will phone them an hour if not two hours with no one to pickup. I prioritize paying my insurance to be assisted not to be ignored.The wait is to much and frustrating.
