Declined claim

Referring back to the feedback recieved from Santam. 1.They claim that the damage was not due to storms or wind, on the 27.11.2024 we had a tornado in Rft that dmge alot of other properties the assessor came to the house on the by the name of Godfry came the house of the 2nd of December to assess the damages,my question If this was lack maintenance how possible did they than missed that my solar panels on the roof was damage the facer boards was on the ground make it make sense to me also, they declined 2 of my claims due to the same reason I'm really not happy
