Declined and ignored a claim

I've recenltly had a 3rd party claim handled by Santam where an elderly and disabled driver, insured by Santam, reversed into my car, damaging my bike on the bike rack.

Although there is clear and decisive evidence for the claim, including a credible witness, Santam rejected the claim and stated that they will in no way further communicate with me.

Myself and my broker requested an explanation on their conclusion, which is only common decency, why they did not take my statement of events, the witnesses statement or drawings (which concur with the insured's drawing and further prove the claim) into consideration. The only conclusion is that Santam did not take any of this into conideration for the simple reason to find a basis to reject the claim.

After this Santam rudely advised my broker, in a 1 sentence email, that they would not further communicate with me.

I am now forced to sue their client.

I can so far as to say thay Santam handled this matter *********ly and quite frankly is a bullying tactic by Santam.
