Decietfull insurance company through MTN !!

My daughter‘s phone got ****** in an armed ******* on 16 January 2025, I followed all the procedures to blacklist the phone however, the insurance underwritten by Santam from Mtn has been pulling me from pillar to post. they had asked I send my blacklisting details and the necessary details. I’ve been to the store three times and still no assistance -surprisingly yesterday an agent from Santam insurance ,informed me that I need to fill out a claim form but 24 hours later I am still waiting for the claim to be sent to me !! My daughter is a student and needs her phone for studies and this has been a complete setback and ordeal. It doesn’t make it easier to have an insurance that does not care to follow through with their promise to indemnify in the event of loss.
