Debit Order on a cancelled Policy

<p>I cancelled my policy with Santam and was promised that my debit order will not go off on my account.. surprise surprise! It went off and now I am getting stories about getting my money back. I swear calling this company for a quote was one of the WORST decisions I have ever made!!!!</p>
