Debit order after cancellation

I cancelled my house insurance in November. My house was sold and I asked for the cover to end on 15 December - the transfer date of the property<br> The full amount was deducted from my account in December PLUS I was billed for January<br> After complaining about it, Santam wanted a letter from the attorneys stating that the property was sold and the transfer date. NOW Santam wants a letter of power of attorney and an appointment letter of attorney. All that just to get my money back! Ridiculous!!! Pay back my money SANTAM. I'm glad that I moved ALL my insurance to another insurance company. <br>
